L'un comme l'autre ont contribué à la magnificence des jardins de la Côte d'Azur. Sa démarche première fut humanitaire, préoccupé par les problèmes de nutrition, il voulu tirer le meilleur parti des ressources végétales. Cet ouvrage renferme en outre 5 planches de dessins au trait, 6 planches de photographies en couleurs. Bon exemplaire en très bon état.
