A monograph of south-west Asian Convolvulus it has been reproduced from a typescript an IBM electric font it would appear and illustrated with some very fine art-work by the author. It contains some very useful critical comments and the general part which introduces the volume includes some interesting snippets such as the fact that the ground-up roots of Macaronesian endemic Convolvuli are the source of a fragrant powder known as "bois de rose".
