Minor spotting and wear to exterior. Top of spine heavily bumped and cracked. 15 pp. Includes b&w photogravure of the American countryside by E.E. Gray of the Chicago Camera Club. A particularly elaborate example printing from the House of William Edwin Rudge this work includes 6 hand-colored initials heightened in gold of which 2 are particularly large hand-colored and illuminated. The edition of this elaborate work is ca. 20 copies one for each of the 16 prominent government leaders and business tycoons who were with this invited to join the League's National Committee. This copy is blank on the title page where the recipient's name would have been inscribed.
