‎Eigenverlag, Erfurt, 1951. Otto Rapp, 1878-1953, deutscher Entomologe, Lehrer in Erfurt, begründete das naturwissenschaftliche Heimatmuseum in Erfurt und schenkte dem Museum seine Thüringer Käfersammlung sowie seine 3600 Arten umafassende Sammlung paläarktischer Käfer. Mitglied der Erfurter Akademie seit 1929. Geschichte des Museums: Am 29. Okrober 1929 wurde das Naturkundemuseum im Haus zum Stockfisch aus der taufe gehoben, Gründungsvater war u.a. Otto Rapp. In der Ausstellung versuchte man, Pflanzen und Tiere in ihren Wechselbeziehungen zur Umwelt darzustellen. 1952 wurde die Sammlung ausgelagert und erst 1995, nach einer jahrzehntelangen Odyssee, wieder in den Neubau des Museums integriert... Das Buch stellt den 2. Abschnitt lder Lebenserinnerungen Otto Rapps dar. Die Lebenserinneungen bestehen aus 3 Abschnitten: 1. Persönliches und Familie. 2.
