But, the leaders of society representing the status quo strongly resist any movement for reform and change since it deprives them of leadership and hurts their vested interests. Those who advocate reforms are denounced as enemy, heretics, unbelievers, innovators and violators of religious sanctity. The present study dwells upon the ongoing century old Dawoodi Bohra reform movement. It is alive and kicking because of the women's unwavering staunch support. The Bohra reform movement is an integral part of the social reform movements all over the country as it is for the freedom of conscience, human dignity, democratic rights and women empowerment. The study strives to find out the answers to the questions: - why are the Bohra women fighting for social reform on the issues of FGM (woman Khatna), inheritance (virasat), unnecessary inhumanly restrictions during Iddaha after husband's death, equal rights to women for giving talaq, proper maintenance and many other subjects within the community? How far have they freed themselves from misaq (oath of allegiance), raza (permission) and baraat (social boycott) etc? How are reform movements are empowering women against religious leaders’ oppression? ABOUT THE AUTHOR:- Zenab Banu is a ICSSR Senior Fellow in the department of Political Science, Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. UGC awarded her Emeritus Fellowship for two years from 2014 to 2016. She taught Political Science in the same university from 1980 to 2011. She has been actively participating in the Bohra reform movement in Udaipur. She has contributed substantially to the learned journals on the problems of Bohra women. In Social Mindscapes, Zerubavel, animatore della Scuola di Sociologia della Rutgers, afferma che la scienza cognitiva non è in grado di rispondere a questi interrogativi, dal momento che tratta la cognizione solamente su due livelli: individuale e universale. Dalla formazione esperienziale al mondo del lavoro
br. Un'azione formativa basata sull'esperienza investe ogni aspetto del mondo del lavoro e potrebbe prevenire, in alcuni casi addirittura risolvere, non pochi problemi. La realtà lavorativa è un sistema complesso, determinato da un'acquisizione di esperienze riconducibili a diversi aspetti strettamente interrelati tra di loro e verso l'esterno. Nonostante le più sofisticate forme di pianificazioni messe a punto nell'epoca dei big data, i tratti costitutivi delle organizzazioni sono l'imprevedibilità e l'incertezza. L'organizzazione "orologio", una macchina dagli elevati livelli di prevedibilità degli eventi, alla luce delle analisi portate avanti in questo lavoro, resta un obiettivo non realizzabile. L'organizzazione del lavoro non è soltanto un sistema di elementi interdipendenti, ma uno stato di flusso permanente. Gli stessi confini strutturali delle imprese sono difficilmente tracciabili, venendo a mancare la distinzione tra ciò che è interno ed esterno alla realtà produttiva. In questo registro di realtà, i processi formativi basati sull'esperienza possono dare risposte efficaci al nuovo sistema produttivo, sempre più sottoposto ai rapidi e imprevedibili cambiamenti, proponendo lo sviluppo di competenze polivalenti, dinamiche e funzionali, in grado di sapersi adeguare alle esigenze innovative dei vari settori del mondo del lavoro. Al di fuori di un'analisi strettamente strutturale-informale, il testo presenta al suo interno tre piani dialetticamente intrecciati: l'esecuzione del compito, l'insieme delle persone reciprocamente impegnate e coordinate tra loro e, non per ultimo, se stessi, cioè i protagonisti che nel e dal lavoro vengono coinvolti nella loro dimensione personale. Apprendere, comprendere, lavorare, cambiare sono aspetti simultanei dello stesso processo e appartengono alla persona.
