This is a good only hardcover copy bound in gray cloth with a black & white photograph tipped onto the front cover, without dust jacket as issued. This copy has been exposed to moisture which has faintly marked the gray cloth covers. Inside the endpapers have tide lines along the bottom edge. The bottom page edges are rippled and faintly stained. None of this reaches the photographs which are reproduced in black & white. No musty smell. Issued in an edition of 2500 copies this book has since become quite scarce. Bibliography. 11" square, 224 pages. Listed with all faults as a reference copy.
