Otto Eisenschitz / cordialement / Emile Zola". * Otto Eisenschitz, grand journaliste artistique et culturel dans de nombreux périodiques viennois, dramaturge et metteur en scène du théâtre de Josefstadt fut l'auteur de nombreuses pièces de théâtre et de romans. Il s'est également fait connaître pour ses traductions des auteurs et dramaturges italiens naturalistes tels que Roberto Bracco, Guglielmo Ferrero, Antonio Fogazzaro, Marco Praga et Giovanni Verga. [...] Il mezzo moderno cerca fra gli interstizi preliminari della clausura; ambirebbe scoprirvi l'anello che non tiene; vorrebbe forse trattenere la stoffa dal divenire intonaco. Emiliozzi però non vi insiste troppo, sicché alla fine la sua stessa macchina forografica si converte, proclamando sommessa in bianco e nero: 'Utere praesenti memor ultimae'.‎
