Since the mid-1980s, IRCICA conducts a similar project regarding the translations and interpretations of the Holy Quran that are in manuscript form. As a result, first to be published was the World Bibliography of Translations of the Holy Quran in Manuscript Form I (Turkish, Persian and Urdu Translations Excluded). It recorded 293 translations in 58 languages. The second volume, the World Bibliography of Translations of the Holy Quran in Manuscript Form II (Translations in Urdu), compiled by Mr. Ahmad Khan (Pakistan) and containing 226 entries, appeared in 2009. IRCICA presents the third volume, an extensive one titled World Bibliography of Translations of the Holy Quran in Manuscript Form III (Translations and Exegeses in Turkish). It has been compiled from various library catalogues, studies and publications.‎

‎Very Good Turkish Original postcard shows Ediz Hun's color portrait photo signed and inscribed by Ediz Hun as 'Meral'e sevgilerle'. 15x11 cm. In Turkish. Ediz Hun is a Turkish film actor and politician. Hun was born in 1940 to a Circassian father and a Turkish mother. After studying at St. George's Austrian High School in Istanbul, he graduated in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Trondheim in Norway. After he had participated in a contest organized by Ses (The Voice) magazine he was noticed by producers. He made his debut in 1963 with "Genç Kizlar" (Young Girls) opposite Hülya Koçyigit. He went on to become a household name, sometimes acting in more than 10 films in a year. On 3 March 1973, he married socialite Berna after a highly publicized affair. The couple has two children, a daughter, Bengü (born 1974), and a son, Burak (born 1981). In 1985, he became a lecturer at Marmara University. He decided to try his hand at politics and became a member of parliament for the Anavatan Partisi (Motherland Party), between the years 1999 and 2002.‎

‎Exceptionnel manuscrit inédit et complet de 775 pages relatant le voyage du vicomte Edmond de Poncins à travers lInde (cf Numa Broc, Asie, pp. 376-377 et Afrique, p. 263 (pour ses explorations du Pamir et de lEthiopie). Thiébaud, 755-756 (pour ses ouvrages sur la chasse). La relation couvre la période du 12 septembre 1891 (embarquement à Marseille) au 12 juin 1892 (départ de Karachi pour Marseille). Reliure en demi chagrin vert sapin à coins, dos à cinq nerf sertis de filets noirsainsi que de caissons à froid décorés de fleurons centraux dorés, encadrement de filets à froid sur les plats de cartonnage vert, gardes et contreplats de papier peigné, ex-libris de l'auteur encollé en tête d'un contreplat, tête rouge, reliure de lépoque. 775 pp. (mal ch. 1-567, 567-774), 1 p.n.ch., 2 ff.n.ch. de table et qq. ff. restés vierges. Important manuscrit inédit relatant le voyage du vicomte Edmond de Poncins à travers lInde. Il couvre la période du 12 septembre 1891 (embarquement à Marseille) au 12 juin 1892 (départ de Karachi pour Marseille). Présenté sous forme de journal, il a été écrit à lencre brune, dune écriture cursive mais lisible. Le texte contient toutes les observations de lauteur sur les régions traversées, les routes parcourues et les moyens de transport, les parties de chasse, les personnalités rencontrées, ses relations avec les domestiques, etc. ; son récit précise aussi quil réalisa des photographies au cours de ses excursions. * Edmond de Poncins sembarque à Marseille le 12 septembre 1891 sur le Peï-Ho, un paquebot de la Compagnie des Messageries Maritimes. Il fait le voyage avec le gouverneur dObock, qui doit rejoindre son poste, et un général britannique, inspecteur de cavalerie aux Indes. Le trajet seffectue par Port-Saïd, Suez, Obock et Aden. Au cours de la traversée de la mer Rouge, Poncins visite la salle des machines et parle en arabe à un chauffeur. Le 23 septembre, à Aden, il monte à bord de la Seyne, un navire de la même compagnie qui doit traverser locéan Indien. Larrivée à Karachi a lieu le 29 septembre. Le voyageur quitte le paquebot pour monter à bord dun bâtiment à voiles à destination de Bombay, où il arrive le 2 octobre. Il y reste jusquau 8, date à laquelle il se rend à Poona. Le 16, il effectue une excursion aux Carlee Caves, un ensemble danciens temples bouddhistes creusés dans le rocher. De retour à Bombay le lendemain, il se rend ensuite à Pachora et, de là, il visite les Ajanta Caves, ou grottes dAjanta, célèbres pour leurs temples bouddhistes. Le 21, il est de retour à Bombay ; le lendemain, il se rend à Mehmadabad puis, le 24, à Kaira ; dans les environs de cette localité, il se livre à une partie de chasse aux crocodiles, puis aux cailles. Le 27, il est à Ahmedabad, à environ 450 km au nord de Bombay, puis, le 29, à Morvi, à 200 km à lest de cette ville. De retour à Ahmedabad le 5 novembre, il retourne chasser dans les environs de Kaira. Le 10, il arrive à Abu Road puis il visite les temples du mont Abu avant de rentrer à Ahmedabad. Commence ensuite la traversée de lInde vers Delhi et Calcutta : Edmond de Poncins se rend à Ajmere le 21 novembre, Chitor le 23 et Udaipur le 25. Le 3 décembre, il pratique une chasse à lours dans les environs. Puis, le 7, il parvient à Jaipur et, le lendemain, au fort dAmber qui surplombe la ville. Le 10, il arrive à Alwar, puis, le 12, il se rend à Delhi. Trois jours plus tard, il visite Agra, avant de se rendre dans la vallée du Gange : Cawnpore (Kanpur) le 17, Lucknoor (Lucknow) le 18 et Bénarès le 19 décembre. Larrivée à Calcutta a lieu le 22 décembre 1891. Il y reste jusquau 4 janvier 1892, date de son départ pour une longue partie de chasse aux Sunderbans, une région marécageuse située dans le delta du Gange. Le 10 février, il est de retour à Calcutta pour préparer sa prochaine expédition.
