Fourth Estate 2010 This is not a pristine unread copy; BUT it is a signed limited edition that escaped being pulped. One of the copies that escaped this fate! The author withdrew the copies of the very first printing because of the textual errors accidentally included. It was rumoured to be the uncorrected text that was sent out as a proof. Presumably there were a few heads that rolled at the publishers! This copy has been read and maybe placed on a sunny shelf by somebody who simply didn't care. The top and leading edges of the text block are a touch sunned and there is a bit of a lean that indicates it has been read. No names other than the author; and this is on the special tipped in limitation page. When all is said and done this is undoubtedly one of the rare copies and it is a brilliant read. Signed by Author. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Fourth Estate hardcover
