The engraved title was probably inserted in only a few copies - Darlow and Moule. Ruled throughout in red collation: pi1 A-3A8 3B4 3C2; A-K8; chi1 A-P8; A-F8 G4. A1 in the O.T is the Dedication to King James with the books of the Bible on the reverse leaves 3B1-3 in the Old Testament have been misbound in the Apocrypha between A8 and B1. The leaves of text in the O.T. before signature F are printed in the smaller type also used in the Apocrypha. Bound in full calf panelled in gilt on both covers plus a central mounted red and gilt lozenge on upper cover black and gilt on lower cover amateurishly rebacked in calf with no label or lettering all edges gilt gilt inner dentelles turn-ins marbled endpapers.
