New York: Bloch Publishing Company 1926. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good-. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover red cloth boards with black text on front and spine. Exterior is spotted and soiled and edges and corner show bumping and wear/fraying. Interior pages are toned due to age spotting and foxing is present. Front end page has original owners name and info no other handwriting present no bookplates or library markings. The table of contents page just after the copyright page has the lower outside corner missing page 187 had the corner folded which has been straightened out but the creases still present. Rear hinge and pastedown both have brown spots and the hinges broken at the rear board. First few pages has a very slight divot along the top edge.
