Il processo di San Rocco. (Il "Processo a Don Sculacciabuchi di San Rocco").
Fascicolo dattiloscritto rilegato in 4to (non datato ma al verso della copertina posteriore un timbro riporta la data del 27 ottobre 1950), composto di 30 pagine numerate e con brossura in carta grigio / azzurrina con titolo e costa in carta rossa. In minuta scrittura, in basso a sinistra della copertina anteriore, è scritto "per soli veri uomini". Un piega centrale e consunzione della copertina in carta, patina di sporco alla posteriore, ingiallimento fisiologico delle pagine ma completo e buono l'interno. Non si conoscono coeve pubblicazioni dell'opera e pertanto ciò che, molto raramente, di un po' più datato, appare sul mercato, sono composizioni ribattute e "casalinghe", o al massimo pubblicazioni realizzate per sottoscrizione con il divieto di essere messe in commercio dai librai (vedi avvertenza de "Un celebre processo", Edizioni del Bibliofilo, Lugano, tiratura limitata). Il "Processo a Don Sculacciabuchi di San Rocco" è un poema goliardico, composto verso la fine del diciannovesimo secolo, molto probabilmente in Toscana. L'autore è di fatto rimasto anonimo ma la sua composizione viene ormai attribuita unanimamente a Giovanni Rosadi (Lucca, 1862 - Firenze, 1925) avvocato, scrittore e politico italiano, all'epoca studente a Bologna, poi penalista e in seguito parlamentare. Laureatosi in giurisprudenza a Pisa, esercitò la sua professione di avvocato a Firenze; esponente della destra liberale, fu Segretario di Stato della Pubblica Istruzione, con la specifica funzione per le Antichità e Belle Arti, nei governi Salandra, Nitti e Giolitti; fu deputato dal 1900 al 1924, anno in cui venne nominato senatore. Precursore dell'ambientalismo, fu l'artefice, insieme a Benedetto Croce, della prima legge sulla protezione del paesaggio in Italia (n. 748, 1922). .

In 8vo, cartella in cartoncino turchese con piccola plancetta in carta bianca ai piatti, all’interno due fogli rip., su uno dei quali è stampato il titolo, riportato su una piccola plancetta stampata in b/n, e sull’altro è riportata la “giustificazione della tiratura”, in cui si dice che di questo album, di cui sono stati stampati 260 esemplari, costituenti l’edizione originale e ripartiti in certo modo (nel ns. manca il numero di esemplare), comprende 20 disegni. Pochette completa dei 20 disegni a carattere erotico – ironico caricaturesco, tutti finemente stilizzati in b/n. Divertente e molto buono.
