Iuº Lauson en 23 de Abril de 1662 y despues mas solemnemente confirmados en 10 de Noviembre del dicho año y fueron ratificados‎

‎En Madrid a 3 de Abril de 1669.- 6 hojas; In Folio 30 x 21 cm.- Es un documento muy interesante en el que aparecen artículo por artículo todos los detalles de este tratado de paz entre los ingleses y argelinos del siglo XVII cuando los primeros estaban hostigando con su armada a la flota española y a todas las plazas que España poseía en el Mediterraneo africano y peninsular incluído y sobre todo Gibraltar. Esto les daba mucha maniobra para poner en riesgo todas las posesiones españolas por los privilegios que adquirían en aguas mediterráneas lo que disparó las alertas de la reina regente que intentó a través de su Consejo de Guerra poner todo el remedio posible para refuerzo y defensa de las posesiones españolas en esta zona. A modo de ejemplo transcribimos parcialmente los tres primeros artículos. Artículo 1: "Que de oy en adelante y para siempre jamas ayga buena y firme Paz entre SMgd de la Gran Bretaña y el Baxa Juan y Gonzalez de Argel y los Dominios pertenecientes y que las naos y subditos de cada parte no se haran ofensa ni injuria entre unos ni otros tratandose con todo el respeto y amistad posible y que puedan las naos de dicho Rey de la Gran Bretaña o de alguno de sus subditos entrar libremente en el puerto de Argel y comerciar como en otros tiempos.". Artículo 2: "Que todas las naos tanto pertenecientes a Su Mgd como a sus vasallos y a los de Argel puedan libremente pasar los mares y comerciar sin impedimento visita ni molestia de ningun genero". Articulo 3: "Que los subditos del Rey de la Gran Bretaña y aora esclavos en Argel y sus territorios sean dados por libres pagando lo que costaron en la primera venta.".
