The publishers were clearly impressed with Greenaway's work to put it on the cover the inside illustrations for the other listings are in black-and-white. The catalogue lists Routledge's ANNUALS for 1880 indicating that this catalogue must have appeared in 1879 the year of UNDER THE WINDOW the first printing of which sold out immediately.
