Cette réunion eut lieu le 30 décembre à la Sorbonne et Fayolle la présida. René Pinon y fit une conférence sur « la politique allemande depuis l'armistice » dans laquelle il dit la nécessité d'une Allemagne pacifique pour avoir une Europe pacifiée. Fayolle a ensuite pris la parole pour appuyer les conclusions de Pinon. [367]
