He guided six M.Phill. And 11 Ph.Ds. Author and editor of 35 books in English and Telugu and published about 80 research papers. He participated in about 100 national and international seminars and conferences. He organized maby national seminars and directed research projects of ICSSR and UGC. He is the recipient of many awards including State Teachers Award of Government of Andhra Pradesh in 1992. He is closely associated with the Indian Public Administration Association and the founder Secretary-Cum-Treasurer of new Public Administration Sociaty of India since its inception in 1994. He was also associated in many ways with the Indion Institute of Public Administration at national and local level. He is the biographer of Charlie Chaplin and translated some works of Noam Chomsky Malcom Godwin and others. at present he uis the director MBA programme and principal Chautanya Post Graduate College Warangal and Hon.
