The Photographs Show Every Area Of The Camps And Surrounding Area. The 1994 Photographs Include Photos Of The Haitian Camps The Early Morning Arrivals Of The First And Later Boats Carrying Thousands Of Cuban "Boat People" On Each Boat Including The Descent Of The First Arrivals Departing The Ship And Landing On Shore The Vast 30000 Person Cuban Camps Etc. A Narrative Text Describes The Situations In The Photographs In Great Detail. The Photographs Are Loosely Inserted In Protective Photo Albums. The Archive Is Unique As No One Else Was Photographing The Camps At The Time Except For A Very Few Short Hours Of Closely Monitored Visits By News Reporters Human Rights Officials Political Officials And Their Staffs.
