An einen namentlich nicht genannten Adressaten (d. i. der Mediziner Rudolf Rt. von Vivenot, 1807-1884): „Möge mein Bild das erste seyn, welches Ihnen freundlich entgegen blickt, kön[n]te es Ihnen sagen, welche heißen Wünsche für Ihr Glück und Wohl das Original an diesem festlichen Tage wie an jedem anderen für Sie im Herzen trägt; Sie, der mir meines Lebens Glück erhalten, der mich dem Schicksal einer freudlosen Zukunft entrissen; der alle Blumen meines irdischen Lebens Garten[s] wieder erblühen machte - und ich kann für dies Alles nichts als den Allmächtigen anflehen meine dankbaren Wünsche zu erhören [...]“. - Die Tochter des Schauspielerehepaars Joseph und Sophie Koberwein war eine von Heinrich Laube geschätzte Darstellerin naiv-sentimentaler Rollen und wirkte auch als Liebhaberin und später vorwiegend in Mütterrollen. 1822-64 war sie Ensemblemitglied des Wiener Burgtheaters und gab mehrmals Gastspiele am Münchner Hoftheater; verheiratet war sie mit dem Hofschauspieler Karl Fichtner, in dessen wie in ihrem Namen sie den zweiten Brief verfaßt hat. - Rudolf Rt. von Vivenot gründete 1848 den „Konstitutionell-monarchistischen Verein“; als sich die angestrebte Gründung einer patriotischen Partei nicht verwirklichen ließ, zog er sich jedoch aus der aktiven Politik zurück. Seit 1868 Mitglied der Deutschen Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina, wurde er 1872 Vorsitzender des Komitees zur Gründung des Sophienspitals in Wien; daneben war Vivenot Direktor des Unterstützungsvereins für Witwen und Waisen des medizinischen Doktor-Collegiums. - Auf Briefpapier mit kalligr. gepr. An Karl Remmark (1802-86), Direktor des Landestheaters in Graz: "Nachdem ich mich wegen dem 'deutschen Krieger' erkundigt habe, theile ich Ihnen mit: daß Bauernfeld dieses Stück keiner Bühne, ohne Ausnahme, zu den bisher üblichen Bedingungen überlassen wird. Ich hörte von einem Honorar von 10 bis 12 Ducaten. Wollen Sie mir nun gefälligst schreiben ob ich in der Sache einen Schritt für Sie thun soll oder ob Sie selbst sich an den Commissionär Bauernfelds', Hr Holding […] wenden wollen. Letzteres halte ich für zweckmäßiger da Sie doch das Stück vielleicht zu leichteren Bedingungen erhalten können, denn unter uns gesagt, ich glaube nicht recht, daß von genanntem Honorar gar nichts nachgelassen werden sollte. Das Stück wird für jede Bühne ein Repertoire und Cassastück werden. Kondoliert (in seinem und im Namen seiner Gattin Betty) dem Mediziner Rudolf Rt. von Vivenot (1807-1884) zum Tode von dessen Sohn gleichen Namens: "Wie schmerzlich diese Trauerkunde uns war, kann ich Dir nicht schildern.
