Im Film war der vielbeschäftigte Theaterschauspieler nur ein einziges Mal, in Felix Baschs ‘Seine Freundin Annette’ (1930) zu sehen. 1938 dürfte Delius in die Schweiz emigriert sein. - Lili Marberg (1876-1962) gehörte von 1911 bis 1950 dem Wiener Burgtheater an. Seit 1936 auch Ehrenmitglied, spielte sie zunächst in Stücken Wedekinds, Hauptmanns und Ibsens, später vorwiegend Königinnen und mütterliche Frauen und galt weithin als vorzügliche Charakterdarstellerin. Zu ihren Hauptrollen zählten Desdemona, Hedda Gabler und Helena in "Vor Sonnenaufgang". Ihre einzige Filmrolle war die des Fräulein Munk in Walter Reischs "Silhouetten" (1936). - Mit 4 eigenh. Zusammen 5 SS. 8vo. Die teils ganzseitig auf Bild- bzw. Rückseite beschriebenen Portraitpostkarten (deren eine frankiert und gelaufen, drei in Kostümen aus ‘Hamlet’ bzw. ‘Romeo und Julia’) an seine Cousine Hella Pokorny in Wien. - Der “jugendliche[...] Liebhaber der Reinhardt-Bühnen” war “beim Wiener wie beim Berliner Publikum gleichermaßen beliebt, das ihn wegen seiner prachtvollen Sprache und seiner Mimik schätzt [...]” (Planer, Hrsg.: Jahrb. d. Wr. Ges., 1929, 383; zit n. DBA II 260, 150). Unter der Regie bzw. der Direktion Max Reinhardts stand Delius von 1914 bis 1937 in zahlreichen Rollen auf der Bühne, darunter etwa im ‘Sturm’, in ‘Hamlet’, im ‘Sommernachtstraum’, in ‘Viel Lärm um nichts’, in ‘Romeo und Julia’, in ‘Faust I’ oder in ‘Wallensteins Tod’.
