A very scarce auction catalogue listing the Bennett collection and an anonymous collection of cameras sold at the Drouot auction house in Paris. The first edition of this very scarce work in the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps. Illustrated with twelve black-and-white plates of the cameras for sale at the auction. Collated complete. An auction catalogue written in the original French for a 1979 auction of cameras at the well-known Parisian auction house Hôtel Drouot. The auction which was held in April 1979 was presided over by C. Boisgirard and A. de Heeckeren. The cameras are from the Bennett collection and from an anonymous seller Monsieur X. Hôtel Drouot was inaugurated in 1852. In the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps. Externally smart. A little creasing to the bottom corner of the front of the wrap. Faint marks to the front of the wrap. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Very Good Indeed Drouot paperback
