‎Folkestone, London: Dawsons of Pall Mall 1973 (recte 1974). XV,223 Ss., 1 Bl. 4°. Dunkelblaues Ln. mit goldgeprägt. Rückentitel u. goldgeprägt. 'Exlibris Eric Gill' auf schwarzem Grund a.d. Vorderdeckel (Rücken min. geblichen).‎

‎Eric Gill (1882-1940) britischer Bildhauer, Graphiker und Typograph. "To speak first of his illustrations - it has generally been acknowledged that his special achievement here lies not simply in the quality of the engravings themselves but in their aptness and rightness for their context. ... But Eric Gill was not only concerned with illustration; he was also concerned with type-design, and in fact designed ten printing-types (eleven, if one counts the uncompleted Arabic)." (Foreword S. XIII). In der erstmals 1953 erschienenen, hier in einem Nachdruck vorgelegten Bibliographie beschreibt Evan R. Gill, der Bruder Eric Gills, ausführlich: I. Books, Pamphlets, etc., written by Eric Gill (Nos. 1-54); II. Books, Periodicals, etc., to which Eric Gill was contributing Author (Nos. 55-257); III. Books and other publications illustrated by Eric Gill (Nos. 258-396); IV. Books, Journals, etc. containing criticism of or reference to his work (Nos. 397-636); V. Miscellanea (Nos. 637-664); Appendix 'List of Wood-Engravings, 1934-40', Titel u. Namenregister.‎

‎100 dessins de Gill. Album de la La Lune et L'Eclipse. Paris ca. 1870. 4to. Titelblatt u. 100 farbige Tafeln.
