‎Inhalt: Geologie, Astronomie, Meterologie, Physik, Chemie, Urgeschichte. Hermann Joseph Klein (* 1844; ? 1914) war ein deutscher Astronom und Meteorologe. Klein erlernte zunächst den Buchhandel, studierte aber später Mathematik und Astronomie und errichtete in Köln eine Privatsternwarte. Klein hat sich besonders durch sorgfältige Beobachtungen der Oberfläche des Mondes bekannt gemacht. Er war dann Direktor der Wetterwarte der Kölnischen Zeitung und Herausgeber der populären astronomischen Zeitschrift Sirius sowie der naturwissenschaftlichen Zeitschrift Gaea. Seit 1890 gab er auch das Jahrbuch der Astronomie und Geophysik heraus (Wikipedia). - Einband etwas berieben. Mit Bibliothekssignatur. Titelblatt und wenige Seiten gestempelt. Papier leicht gebräunt und manchmal etwas fleckig. Sonst guter Zustand.‎
