The sermons come from the period of 1901 to 1918 when he was a pastor in the Erie Diocese and the addresses come from his episcopate and represent his diocesan interests he was one of the founders of the diocesan college for the Erie Diocese plus his service to the church in Central and South Anmerica. The covers show some mild shelf wear and the interior is very clean and the binding is solid.
