The author describes a project for a communication line, a railroad, from Central Mesa to the coast of Papantla, passing by the district of Tlatlauqui. The large map is titled 'Croquis del trazo de una nueva via proyectada de la Mesa Central ß la costa de Papantla por Tlatlauqui'.
