Spain dated Madrid 6 November 1786. SPANISH MANUSCRIPT THIRTY-EIGHT VELLUM LEAVES SPANISH MANUSCRIPT TEXT IN INK framed with two triple fillets in red. Folio aprroximately 302 x 200 mm 12 x 8 inches full-page coat of arms in gold and colours and allegorical title in gold and colours featuring a horse lion cherubs and symbolic figures surrounding a central circular inkstamp of King Charles III both protected with green silk guards 9 hand coloured pictorial initials heightened with gold 4 full page hand coloured coats of arms heightened with gold 4 chapter headings with gold lettering and hand coloured surrounds first lines of chapter heading in gold and red signed by the Cronista Juan Felix de Rujula and other officials at end with three mounted stamps or seals full burgundy morocco floral decoration to spine and exta gilt decoration to covers. Binding rubbed and slightly scuffed slight shelf wear to edges and corners some margins slightly soiled and some have slight creasing some pale staining and crinkling to last 2 leaves with the signatures otherwise a very good copy. Infanta Eulalia of Spain Duchess of Galliera Mar�a Eulalia Francisca de As�s Margarita Roberta Isabel Francisca de Paula Cristina Mar�a de la Piedad 12 February 1864 - 8 March 1958 was the youngest and last surviving child of Queen Isabella II of Spain and the youngest sister of King Alfonso XII. She authored memoirs that were controversial for their critical perspective and allegations about the political policies of various Spanish and foreign governments. Eulalia was born on 12 February 1864 in the Royal Palace of Madrid the youngest of the five children born to Isabella II during her marriage to Francis de Assisi de Borb�n Duke of Cadiz who survived to adulthood. She was baptised on 14 February 1864 with the names Mar�a Eulalia Francisca de As�s Margarita Roberta Isabel Francisca de Paula Cristina Mar�a de la Piedad. Her godparents were Robert I Duke of Parma and his sister Princess Margherita. In 1868 Eulalia and her family were forced to leave Spain in the wake of the revolution. They lived in Paris where Eulalia was educated. She received her first communion in Rome from Pope Pius IX. In 1874 Eulalia's brother Alfonso was restored to the throne in place of their mother Queen Isabella II. Three years later Eulalia returned to Spain. She lived at first in El Escorial with her mother but later moved to the Alc�zar of Seville and then to Madrid. On 6 March 1886 at Madrid Eulalia married her first cousin Infante Antonio de Orl�ans y Borb�n Duke di Galliera son of Antoine Duke of Montpensier and his wife Infanta Luisa Fernanda of Spain. She was a paternal aunt of King Juan Carlos I. Born at the royal palace of La Granja San Ildefonso near Segovia Spain on 22 June 1909 Infanta Beatriz was the third child among the six surviving children of King Alfonso XIII of Spain and Victoria Eugenie of Battenberg. She was named Beatriz after her maternal grandmother Princess Beatrice of the United Kingdom the youngest daughter of Queen Victoria; Isabel for her great-aunt Infanta Isabel; Federica for Princess Frederica of Hanover in whose house her parents had become engaged; Alfonsa after her father; Eugenia for Empress Eug�nie of the French her mother's godmother and Cristina for her paternal grandmother.
