Esemplare in buone condizioni, uniformi lievi bruniture, per questa seconda edizione (la prima 1596, la terza 1624, sempre presso Somnium) di questo trattato dedicato a Enrico IV, sui costumi e istituzioni dei parigini (traboccante di "citations de lois étrangères",) del giurista Choppin o Chopin (1537-1606), "oracle du droit", dallo stile latino conciso, oscuro e ampolloso, fervente sostenitore della "Ligue" e oggetto di atroci satire per questo, che vennero bruciate pubblicamente ("Anti.Chopinus", 1592).
