Ihr Repertoire umfaßte Alt-, Mezzosopran- sowie Sopranpartien; sie sang u. a. die Ortrud im 'Lohengrin', die Titelheldin in 'Lucrezia Borgia' und die Azucena im 'Troubadur'. Seit 1861 gab Csillag zahlreiche Gastspiele an allen bedeutenden europäischen Bühnen und hatte erfolgreiche Auftritte in Moskau und St. Petersburg" (DBE).

br. "Il ritmo nella Scuola di Base 1" propone un motivante e coinvolgente percorso didattico finalizzato allo sviluppo del senso ritmico. Attraverso una serie di proposte giocose e divertenti basate sull'uso del corpo, della voce e del movimento, si esplorano uno ad uno gli aspetti fondamentali dell'educazione ritmica: pulsazione, velocità, metro, cellule ritmiche. E' un testo-guida per l'educatore contenente materiali didattici immediatamente operativi e presentati in modo semplice e chiaro, al fine di essere facilmente fruibili anche da chi non sia in possesso di competenze specifiche in ambito musicale. Ciascuna proposta è introdotta da una premessa con le indicazioni dei brani proposti all'ascolto e il percorso didattico da seguire. Sono contenuti i file mp3 di 22 brani di vario genere e stile e i file mp4 di esempi video delle attività, allo scopo di offrire una dimostrazione pratica delle attività descritte nel libro e facilitarne la trasferibilità nel contesto in cui opera. Il ritmo nella Scuola di Base 1 risulta essere un ottimo sussidio per gli insegnanti della Scuola dell'Infanzia e Primaria, per i docenti dei corsi di Propedeutica Musicale nelle scuole di musica e per gli studenti universitari dei corsi di laurea in Scienze della Formazione Primaria.

E' un testo-guida per l'educatore in cui si illustrano le singole attività (con l'indicazione degli obiettivi, dei brani proposti all'ascolto e il percorso didattico da seguire), e contiene i file mp3 di 25 brani di vario genere e stile, accuratamente selezionati, e i file mp4 con gli esempi video delle attività svolte, per una dimostrazione pratica delle proposte didattiche. I materiali immediatamente operativi e la notevole chiarezza espositiva rendono l'opera facilmente fruibile anche da chi non sia in possesso di particolari competenze specifiche in ambito musicale. Il ritmo nella Scuola di Base 2 risulta essere un ottimo e valido sussidio per gli insegnanti della Scuola Primaria e Secondaria di I grado, per i docenti dei corsi di Propedeutica Musicale nelle scuole di musica e per gli studenti universitari dei corsi di laurea in Scienze della Formazione Primaria.
