Pergamena flessibile coeva, titolo manoscritto al dorso. Esemplare in ottimo stato di conservazione.<BR>Bella copia della seconda edizione (la prima fu pubblicata nel 1654) di questo raro trattato sull'anatomia del fegato. Francis Glisson fu un anatomista inglese, noto appunto per i suoi approfonditi studi sul fegato, del quale qui dà una dettagliatissima descrizione.<BR>
