Booklet black and white illustrations handcolored folding map approximately 107 x 5 1/2 inches unpaginated approximately 32pp including title page 6 x 4 7/8 inches pictorial stiff card wrappers with cloth spine softbound. Light toning and rubbing to cover edges two short tears to upper margin of back cover abraded area over text on title page. Map is in fine condition. A fascinating guide book to the Hudson River and adjacent areas with attractive black and white wood engravings of scenic spots in the area on the verso of most of the text pages plus a black and white map of the New York West Shore and Buffalo Railway Connections. The full color folding map is a wonderful compendium of information of the area with everything from homeowner's names information on Indian names topography to commercial buildings. There is an ad for Victor Bicycles and Tricycles on the inside back cover.
