The North American Press. Hardcover. Acceptable. This is the yearbook for the 1936 graduating class of Madison East High School in Madison Wisconsin. In pretty good shape for the age. Rated "acceptable" due to staining and scratches on the front cover. Front cover features the name of the annual and year in faded gold textured embossing. The texturing over the cloth is rubbed along edges. The corner tips are bent with fraying to covering. Heel of spine is worn revealing the cloth underneath textured overcoat. Paste-downs and end pages are faded and yellowed around the edges and in the hinges. Signatures on front and rear paste-downs and end-pages. Slick glossy paper stock has yellowed slightly with darker yellowing along outside page edges. The photographs of faculty students and student groups are clean and crisp. Text block has darkened and is dirty where pages have been thumbed through. The thicker page inserts dividing the segments of the yearbook are also faded.
