1936rif. 34Dist jacket is torn from a third of the top of page and across the very top of spine. Also small tear on the top right corner along with small tear at the base of backside of dustjacket alon with a tear about a third of way down dustjacket on the backside. I have now searched for close to a year on and off and have never seen this book with a dustjacket like this book and it is also inscribed by the author. It is also a book that seems in demand because there are very few editions on book sites and none of them are like this book and seem to sell very soon after being listed. The book in general is in very good condition with no markings clean and crsip. There are a couple water spots on the interior but nothing major at all. A rather sobering take on the human condition but very much worth the read. Larger type can be read in short order. More of a novella than a book. Suttonhouse Ltd. hardcover

Both volumes are in VERY GOOD condition showing marginal shelf rubbing of the extremities spine with several very small scuffs a hint of toning otherwise the bindings remain strong and tight the text-blocks are clean and exceptionally unmarked and the boards remain bright and distinct.
