The illustrations are by the French illustrator comic book artist and animator Benjamin Rabier 1864 - 1939. His work has inspired many other artists like Hergé and Edmond-François Calvo. For the stories of Kantekleer Rabier used his distinctive style with clear colours and comic like facial expressions. B2335 unknown

réf. 284Paris, Editions Jules Tallandier, s.d. [DL 1945], 1 br.
