Publishers pictorial boards with cloth spine binding in good condition with rubbing to all edges and tips some marking and scratches. Inside front and back hinges loose with very top and bottom stitchings gone however no pages are loose and binding holding well. Previous owners name to half title page with all other illustrated pages in very good condition with a few small marks and a little toning. Text is minimal and not critical to enjoyment of the cartoon-like format with some frames half and even full page which measures 12.5 by 9.5 inches. Some shelfwear to boards with moderate soilage and some minor losses to paper on board along edges. Heavy stock paper with toning but clean otherwise. Tight binding. A very good copy overall.
