1922réf. 6440Plattsburg N.Y.: H-G Sales Co 1922. Very good. 32pp. Original printed wrappers stapled. Light dust soiling and creasing to wraps. Light toning internally. A scarce glossary of several hundred terms of flapper slang published in 1922 at the heart of the Roaring Twenties. The original version of the dictionary appeared in the July 1922 issue of the Flapper magazine. The present work published by the H-G Sales Co. of Plattsburg New York seems to be a somewhat expanded and more obscure one. Favorite terms of this cataloguer include "ballroom golfer" "dingledangler" "noodle juice battle" and "parlor bolshevik." Not in OCLC. H-G Sales Co unknown books
