The French physician, literary man and philosopher Ren? F?d? (1644-1716) went down in history of Cartesianism as the editor of the third French edition of Descartes?s ?M?ditations?, whereas his own philosophical works seem to have gained scarce consideration. From 1683 to 1705, F?d? published three editions of his ?M?ditations m?taphysiques? and a ?Th?ologie m?taphysique?, revealing a great deal of attention to the developement of contemporary philosophic and scientific theories. 251 gr. 130 p.
