Sumptuously bound in period 3/4 blue-green crushed levant morocco over marbled boards spine with raised bands and elaborate gilt floral tooling within gilt-ruled compartments covers bordered in gilt top edge gilt. marbled endpapers. Ribbing along the bottom eges usual fading to the spine else a very nice copy in an attractive leather binding. Robida 1848-1926 'began his career as a popular illust rator in 1878.
