1973réf. 056609Fleet Street London: Frederick Muller Limited. A nice copy that looks about fine - but very close exam reveals a possible re-glueing at the hinge-joint at back of book. Still very tight and nice. On the copyright page there is a Statement "First published in Great Britain in 1972 by . Muller . etc. and then directly underneath is this "Copyright 1973 Arthur L Kipling and Hugh L. King" - no other dates or printings indicated. 468 pages. The jacket looks better than poor because it is in new mylar - but it is poor condition whith large tear repairs at spine and a few chips out. Subsequent reprints were made using two volumes to offer this information. The 1973 edition is very scarce. . VG minus or a Little Better. Hardback. 1973. Frederick Muller Limited hardcover
