Red cloth decorative binding with black ruling and Celtic designs on the front cover. Titling on the spine in black. Clean text; ix 344 pages indexed with a short Supplementary Index. Contemporary 1929 gift inscription on the FFEP. The paste-downs are tanned with offset to the endpapers; other than that the textblock is nicely bright. Mildly bumped on the corners; spine slightly faded although the lettering remains clear. No dustwrapper; in an archival plastic protector. . Later Printing. Decorative Cloth.
