The last three plates are creased at the top corner with a half-inch tear in the white border outside the photos.Gioia was a senior editor at Modern Photography a contributing editor at American Photo an early contributor to Salondotcom and the author of The Guitar and the New World: A Fugitive History and Divide's Guide to Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
