Bindings show small signs of wear labels on spines. with some rubbing on the corners and edges. Some volumes have some minor occasional stains and browning. Few pages with larger old waterstains not affecting the text. Although the set is in very good condition. Rare. See pictures. Edizione originale ed unica di questo cusrioso repertorio biografico dei medici papali da Niccolò I a Innocenzo XII discontinuo fino a Giovanni XXII. Si tratta di una galleria di 129 personaggi elencati in ordine cronologico per pontificato in cui vengono descritte la vita e le opere di ciascuno. Si tratta di una delle opere più interessanti del Mandosio storico letterato ed erudito romano del '600.
