Leading corners and edges of spine ends of ringbinder are quite worn. Spine of ringbinder is cocked. Approximately the first 5% of looseleaf pages of text appear warped. Noticeable creasing to leading edges of first two or three pages. Last two or three pages have a little yellow staining and a few grubby marks. Pages are a little sunned. Contents sound. AF Used
