1960réf. 84016Cambridge Mass: Macalaster Bicknell 1960. Small Folio. 27.5cm. Publisher's embossed blue cloth titled in black to spine and boards. 914pp. Minor wear to extremities and spine ends some soiling and thumbing in places; internally clean.
