1952réf. 140949429Los Angeles: Self-published 1952. First edition. The first and only issue of a one-man newspaper by one of the original American UFO contactees Orfeo Angelucci. 8 pp. Newsprint folded horizontally as issued. Very Good brittle and toned with age a little chipped along edges. Ink notation of former owner likely collector Tom Benson on rear wrap. Very fragile. A rare survival from the first wave of UFO contactees in the modern era a movement that owed much to the New Age and occult subcultures that inspired many of its leading lights. No copies of this original edition found in OCLC. It precedes Angelucci's better-known book-length accounts of his UFO abduction certain details of which suggest he may have been drugged and experimented on by his fellow earthlings rather than brothers from outer space as he believed.
