An interesting and scarce piece of Victorian Americana -- a program from Buffalo Bill's 1895 show in the Greater New York area. The two-page programme of events is followed by historical sketches of Western Americana. Buffalo Bill was a figurehead of the American Old West his shows displaying cowboy themes and escapades as well as tales from the American Civil War and Indian Wars. Though it was a large and successful show the expenses were so high that the endeavour lost money. Fless and Ridge unknown
