There are lots of good things to pick out in the RA - the total effect is a jumble but I don't see how you can avoid that especially in these days. The architectural historian Gavin Stamp described him as "surely the greatest British architect of the twentieth or of any other century" Bone's son Stephen 1904-1958 was a painter writer and Broadcast and noted war artist. unknown
