1942Best.-Nr. ABE-1675462391528Dial Press 1942 A 400 page memoir with many drawings three full-page color plates and a number of glossy photos. Generally the book is in good shape but there are a few issues. One of the early pages has a bit of a chip; the spine is faded at top and bottom. The DJ is chipped creased and torn but is now covered with mylar. Most grievous is the missing illustration that had been glued to the bottom of the spine but the large one on the front cover is glorious. The book is far from perfect and yet it reflects the true sensibilities of Dali an artist who was like no other. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Good/Fair. Dial Press hardcover
