A vivid account of hostile encounters with Russian soldiers during the Prussia vs. Austria/Russia conflict in the Seven Year War. Sorge describes in depth the following Cossack arms: a 15 ft. sharpened iron rod two pistols a musket sabre wide knife whip and more. And continues with "Second Callmuks these are still more cruel than the former; they wear blue and instead of arms they make use of bows and arrows .
