Shows some very light rubbing of the boards scattered foxing and oil marks throughout but unobstructive of the text light cursive former owner names of the period written on the title page which are also unobstructive of text or design somewhat dust marked fore-edges otherwise the binding is strong and tight the text is unmarked and the boards remain bright and distinctive. The Presbyterian Constitution first issued in June of 1821 after its original drafting in May of the same year as pictured. Anthony Finley hardcover

Side stapled paper wraps 4to size 10.5 inches tall pp. 24 numerous in-text tables and a large fold-out table "Number of Trade Licences Issued to Orientals in British Columbia in 1925." at rear. n.b. the fold-out table at rear was also used as the lower cover by the printer as evidenced by the binding staples being completely covered by the portion of the foldout at the spine not only on this copy but also as seen on another institutionally held copy.
