It is probable that Bulletin of Kobe Idil-Ural Türk Tatar Kültür Cemaati was also organ magazine of the group who subscribes to Ayaz Ishaki, as indicated this magazine is the reduction of 'Yana Milli Yol', the Ottoman magazine of Idil-Ural Türk-Tatar movements published in Berlin-Charlottenburg. This description indcates that there were the world-wide Tatar intellectuals network of Idil-Ural Türk-Tatar movements, included Japan. It requires for the researchers all over the world to collaborate to ccollect and investigate the Tatar publications, like Bulletin of Kobe Idil-Ural Türk-Tatar Kültür Cemaati, in the interwar Japan.
