1978ref. 4018London: North West Arts 1978 1978. First edition. 197x143mm. pp. 28. Bound in white card with just jacket illustrated with a photograph of the author on the upper cover. Inscribed on front free endpaper: "For Robert Graves in appreciation Simon Curtis. May '78". Slight marking and soiling to covers but otherwise in excellent condition throughout. A lovely little work touchingly inscribed. Curtis seems to have been a thoroughly splendid figure. His obituary describes his work as "poetry which rhymed and was perfectly accessible and was distinguished by in his words its "shrewd ironic and Horatian tone". It ranged from accomplished light verse which was often very funny to deeply affecting poems about family bereavement". London: North West Arts 1978 unknown
